Job Description: Responsible for leading and managing the Women’s loan pathway, ensuring the effective development of young football talents within the Chelsea FC/BlueCo programme. Includes but not limited to: strategic pathway planning, programme development, talent evaluation and ensuring the welfare of players to drive the success of the organisation’s talent pathway.

Women’s Academy Senior Physiotherapist
Contract: Permanent, FT (5-6 days a week)
Job description:
PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):
- To fulfil the lead role of a Chartered Physiotherapist in the assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation of all Academy team injuries including diagnosis, Injury Rehabilitation and Return to play.
- To lead on recovery and physical maintenance of all players within the Senior Women’s Academy
- To lead in the on-field medical management of players during training and games.
- To lead in the organisation, communication, and management of injured and Fit players within the Women’s academy, Team MDT including integration and communication with the manager, technical staff, Movement Staff & other performance support staff.
- To lead in the management and organisation of Part Time / Casual Academy staff to help fulfil the academy games schedule.
- Undertake a progressive and ongoing professional development process and ensure up to date evidence based practice specifically for female youth athletes.
- Complete all appropriate administrative tasks in line with this role and maintain detailed medical records on the clubs medical record system.
- To attend matchday’s for the women’s academy team’s
- To be available to travel to games (Home and Away) Tours and oversees travel as required.
- To Attend Player medical appointments at various locations, sometimes at short notice.
- To provide assistance to the Women’s First Team as and when required.
- To provide up to date injury audit data to wider medical and performance team.
Qualifications:
- Member of the health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP)
- BSc Physiotherapy & MSc in advanced physiotherapy or other performance related.
- FA Level 5 Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience in elite sport.
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team with a sports medicine environment preferably.
- Experience of working with elite youth athletes
Partnership Manager (Women’s Team)

This Partnership Manager role, reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, will be crucial in the successful delivery of activations and campaigns for both West Ham United and West Ham United Women’s team.
The West Ham United Partnerships team carry out a diverse range of activities to ensure the club is fulfilling its obligations to the existing partnership portfolio. As a result, we are looking for a candidate that is truly excited and focused on helping our Women’s team partners achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be required to work some irregular hours including weekends and bank holidays.
Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider commercial team, the Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the Club’s Women’s partners ensuring effective rights delivery.
Additionally, the successful candidate will support on the delivery of partnerships that span both the men’s and women’s side where necessary.
Girls’ Academy Goalkeeping Coach (Part-time)
Contract: 21 hours per week to be worked across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays or Sundays (dependant on weekend matchday)

As part of the role you will also monitor and evaluate player performance and provide formal feedback for players and parents on a regular basis.
Coaching background
You will be a dynamic coach with experience of coaching female players, and a good understanding of the FA Girls England Talent Pathway. You will be a team player with highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills.

NewCo Project Officer

FA Casual Coach Mentors – Women & Girls for 2024/25 season

Job description: The FA is looking to appoint FA Casual Coach Mentors to support the development of female coaches in grassroots football.
As an FA Coach Mentor, you would be working on a casual basis for the 2024/25 season. You will each provide a number of hours of mentoring support, across the period.
Mentors will provide high-quality mentoring to support and develop more transformational coaches. Roles will be offered to support the following areas: West Riding, Middlesex, Essex, Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, Somerset, Cornwall and Birmingham.
What You’ll Do?
- To support the development of female coaches in grassroots football.
- To support the delivery of The FA Fit for the Future Strategy.
- To develop and deliver a programme of support for coaches within Grassroots Football.
- Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group’s changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well-being can be maintained.
- As part of The FA’s commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance.
Essential skills:
- FA Level 2 (August 2016 onwards) or FA Level 2 (prior to August 2016) with Youth Modules 1 & 2.
